Meet Our Team

Amanda Howard

She brings over two decades of invaluable experience in the barter industry. As a multiple-time Top Broker Award winner, she’s personally brokered over $2 million in trade annually and has trained brokering teams nationwide for both ITEX and BXI. Amanda has a remarkable talent for connecting members, facilitating efficient trades, and discovering innovative ways to help businesses flourish through barter.

Brad Howard

He has dedicated more than 25 years to helping companies grow through intelligent sales strategies. He served as a Sales Trainer for BXI, ITEX, and Tradebank, and was the Keynote Sales Trainer at the ITRA National Convention. Brad has successfully enrolled over 250 new members per year, was featured as a barter expert on MSNBC’s “Making It in America,” and played a pivotal role in introducing Bartercard from Australia to the U.S. His passion has always been empowering entrepreneurs to leverage barter as a serious business tool, not just a side hustle.

Ashleshia Moharana-Almeida

 Ashlesha is the founder of InTek Digital Solutions and a marketing/branding strategist with over a decade of corporate experience, having served as Marketing Director across various companies and industries like pharmaceuticals, healthcare systems, construction, and more. With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a master’s in Information Technology Management, she brings a rare blend of creative strategy and technical expertise to every project she takes on that translates to ROI. Passionate about entrepreneurship, she loves connecting with other business owners, fostering collaborations, and exploring innovative ways to grow and scale businesses. Ashlesha lives in Colorado Springs with her husband and two young children.
