Meet Our Team

Emmalee Isom

Emmalee is the friendly voice members reach when they need help making things happen at Rocky Mountain Barter. She joins the team after years supporting Ashby Green at Gazelle Capital, where she ran the office for a fractional CFO and accounting practice, keeping clients organized, accounts in order, and follow-through on every detail.

While she's new to the world of barter, she's not new to taking care of people. Members can count on her to answer the phone, return the email, track down the answer, and stay on it until things are resolved. Whether you need help with your account, have a question about a trade, or just don't know who to ask, start with Emmalee.

Ashleshia Moharana-Almeida

 Ashlesha is the founder of InTek Digital Solutions and a marketing/branding strategist with over a decade of corporate experience, having served as Marketing Director across various companies and industries like pharmaceuticals, healthcare systems, construction, and more. With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a master’s in Information Technology Management, she brings a rare blend of creative strategy and technical expertise to every project she takes on that translates to ROI. Passionate about entrepreneurship, she loves connecting with other business owners, fostering collaborations, and exploring innovative ways to grow and scale businesses. Ashlesha lives in Colorado Springs with her husband and two young children.
